going in june. have you made a spreadsheet?

We are doing to WDW in June. We have 46 days till we get there and about 44 days till we leave to drive there. I am making a spreadsheet. Can anyone give me any ideas what to include? I have the money amounts and reservation numbers. I have the gas amounts UGGG! I think I have a list of what to take along and to the park. Is there anything else you can think of that I should include? This will be our first trip together so none of us know what to expect. It will be DH, me, DS 4 and DS 8. Thanks!
