Going in December? Any unique restaurants?

Well we just booked our next trip. We are staying at the WL from Dec 9-16. I can't wait to see the world at Christmas. I've been to WDW 20+ times, but because I'm in the education field, I've never been there for Christmas. My new job allows me a little more flexibility. We have eaten at all the major places/buffets on property. Does anyone know of any "hidden" restaurants ( I mean that may be good, but not talked about often), or any restaurants that are extra special for Christmas?

I really enjoyed dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern last December. The food (turkey, ham, potatoes, green beans, etc) just feels like the holidays to me. It was also a good place to have ressies at before MVMCP.
