Going (gasp) elsewhere

Does anyone know of any good travel message boards for places other than Disney. *gasp* We may not be doing a Disney resort for the next vacay (dh's idea not mine LOL). I find I'm so 'trip ready' when we go to Disney thanks to my experience and Disboards, looking at somewhere else is totally overwhelming. We're thinking Hawaii is the destination. Any suggested resources?

I like fodors.com for 'other' travel.
I've recieved alot of good info about our summer California trip from there for the non-Disney portions.

Fodors is pretty outdated I found. I agree, I have been looking for chat boards that talk about Carribean all inclusives and have found nothing! Sure wish I could plan like I do with Disboards!

Trip Advisor seems biased to me but not bad. It is so nice to ask questions in a chat forum though.....

Tripadvisor does have forums. I just got back from Mexico, and I found discussions specific to the resort we were going to. Not nearly as much input as on Disboards, but still several people that have opinions.

I second trip advisor's forum for Hawaii. Have gone twice in the last couple of years and the information is very good and up to date.

If you are looking into the Dominican Republic this is a good site with lots of resort reviews.

I was talking about just the fodors forums - questions seem to get answered fast - I like tripadvisor too though for just content.
