Going again at Christmas!!

So excited. We've just booked for a few days between Christmas and New Year. This time we are staying at DCR and taking my Mum for a birthday/Christmas treat.

We've been to WDW at Christmas but this will be our first time at DLP and DDs first Christmas anywhere Disney.

We love Christmas anyhow and so cant wait to see all the decorations and theming.

I know it may be cold but what a good excuse for loads of hot chocolate

Im getting excited already about Christmas and its only September.

DD doesnt know shes going yet but I dont think I'll be able to keep it a secret til we go.

Woo hoo!!! Fabulous news!

We went for Christmas in 2005 and it was absolutely magical, my best Christmas Day ever.

Although Christmas in WDW must be wonderful (that is when we are planning our next WDW trip for) I don't think anything can beat Christmas in DLRP in the cold which is how I always imagine Christmas to be.

They're lovely photos of aren't they, couldn't believe it when Leger said we could book SL after being so adamant last week that there was nothing left, I guess someone's cancelled.

Don't forget though SL might have the Christmas trees, but I think DCR have the reindeer !

Woo congrats!! Im going in Dec too. It's SO exciting!! I dunno how im gonna wait till Dec,lol. It looks so magical. I think it will be a very special time to spend there.
Ooh i never even thought about Disney jumpers!! I want a hoodie. I've been buying some extra warm clothes already,lol. But i can also wear them in college because its like a freezer in my class room.

Phoned today to book some restaurants. (Struck us afterwards that normally you cant book til 60 days before but took our bookings anyhow and didnt say they couldnt)

Will probably arrive about 12ish on 27th Dec so will pop into the park for an hour or so then probably go to Annettes for lunch about 1.30 ish. Then we'll just get a snack that evening.

28th- Have booked late slot at Mickeys for breakfast. We'll try and do EMH then go for breakfast. Will then just snack through day and have booked Walts for 6.30

29th- Will have breakfast in DCR (or if feel up to it collect it and go straight to park for EMH and eat on hoof). Have booked Blue Lagoon for 1.00 lunch. Will then grab something else just before leaving park to head North to Tunnel.

If I could only ever go to Disney once a year it would be christmas (well actually i have only been once ever year for the lat 3 years and it's ALWAYS at christmas haha.

Next year we are going for our anniversary in May..... and would like to catch Wishes in Summer and would like to see Halloween (we're getting AP's) then my husband turend round and said "oh it'll be the first year we won't have done xmas....."

I was mortified-i believe "over my dead body was i not going at xmas too was used...." Forfeiting xmas to go at other times of year was never part of the plan in my mind!!! It was inclusive...
