WEll let me first state that I am very saddened to see so many posters gripping aobut how fast this gal gets back to them!

Firstly, the EXTRA PIXIE DUST SHE PROVIDES IS NOT REQUIRED!

I hope everyone that has had the benefit of her wonderful magic has contacted guests services to give a HUGE compliment to this gal! Have any of you posted on the Thank you board here?? Sadly I see NONE!

Instead I see time after time people actting rather PUSHY ABOUT WHAT THEY WANT!

This lovely lady has a reuglar job to do at the Coral Reef and it is not exclusive to catering to everyone's wants!

Please think about what you are all asking of this person, doe she need every photo from your family albumn??

I may sound annoyed and I am! I would hate to see this gal get so overwhelmed by all of our requests that she just stops this spread of her own brand of pixie dust!

iF YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED BY HER PIXIE DUSTING THEN PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: nOTIFY dISNEY HOW WONDERFUL THIS CM IS AND GIVE HER A TWINKLING OF SOME MAGIC TOO!

I don't know why in our society we have become so unthankful/ungrateful for the generosity and kindness shown by people not "required" to show it, that we feel that we deserve to have what they have given someone else. And to get mad because they can't accommodate our every whim... what a sick way to go through life.

When you receive a blessing ...be thankful. When you don't ...please don't complain. It may make the CM think it's not worth it to bless anyone at all. Then we will have no pixie dust.

....whew.... that's a load off my chest. climbing off soap box now....

On this note...she is arranging something special for us and I'd like to let Disney know how great she is. How/Where do I send my compliments? Do I let guest services at Epcot know or is there a better place.

Also I'd like to send her a thank you card. Can I just send that to her C/O Coral Reef C/O Epcot?:confused3

Anyone know how to do this??

I can't tell you how to get cards directly to her at Coral Reef, but, you have two options for complimenting her directly to WDW. First is to use the email address to contact Guest Communications (wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com) OR if you want to do it while you're AT WDW, you can do something very personal and go over to Guest Services at any of the parks and fill out a form to recognize her WONDERFUL work. Those "atta-boys" (in this case, "atta-girl") will go into her personnel file, be shared with her & her supervisor, etc., and can NEVER hurt when it comes time to have an annual review! Plus, handwritten on the form, it REALLY shows you cared enough to take time out of your vacation to let Disney know just how much you valued your experience with her! Just ask anyone at Guest Services and they'll be able to give you the form, heck, they'll be THRILLED to give you this form. We did it for 4 different people last year on our hunnymoon, & we're VERY happy to have done so!

IN my post I placed onthe bottom the email link to the disney guest services. You can send an email or I can post the mailing address. Thank her defineitely but WDW NEEDS to know what a great job she is doing too!

Too foten people will be writing letters to complain about cahgnes or bad service but sadly way too often they forget to say WOW thank you for having a wonderful CM!

To those that posted thank you its good to know us appreciative folks are still around!
 
She was great, I personally sent her a thank you note after she responded to me by email. She was a very nice lady...:grouphug:

Debbi is great I spoke with her last week about the menu and told her to use as many or as little pictures as she like whatever she can do will be fine. Evan if the diver was booked up its my fault for getting a late start I know they can only do such much with such high demands. Debbi even commented on my DS picture at Chef Mickey's and said she started out there and also worked at Disneyland Pairs. What a great girl and so personable.

I wish all the WDW CM were this nice that's what makes Disney special. We deal with all kinds of characters everyday and as adults we escape to Disney for a little human kindness (an escape from some of the bad attitudes we get in everyday life). I hope they keep up the standards we have become use to at the Parks. Yeah Debbi! Thanks Again I am sure to send off a complimentary note to customer relations.

Debbi has been fabulous and FAST! Super courteous and professional! We have had a great experience with the Coral Reef Restaurant!!!!
 
thanks for the info.. The email address is great for now and I will be filling out one of those park forms for Debbie when we go down in December ...
I already picked up two thank you cards as well for two speical CM's that helped us plan our big Chritmas Trip ... One to Debbie at the Coral Reef and the other to a gal in guest services. I had hoped that I could just give the cards to the front desk at AKL and that they will get to were they need to go with just a name and department.
 
Does anyone have an email address for her? I have left about 5 or 6 messages for her over the last 5 weeks and have never heard back from her. I know she is one busy lady! I was hoping maybe I'd have more luck getting in touch with her through email. :surfweb:

she was gone most of July and her voicemail wasn't taking msgs while she was gone but referring people to other mngrs and #s. she has only been back since July 31st and returned our call the first time within hours... she had requested we not give her email on the DISboards, until you talk to her so she can set things up with you first and let you know what is available. try calling her again, I am sure someone will get back to you:thumbsup2
