Thanks for all the hugs and thoughts today, it ended up being a good day after all....probably b/c I made dh take dd to get her cast put on.
Shipoo, she fell off the monkey bars at school....the orthopedic doctor said that they see alot of broken arms this time of year for that reason. Her cast is bright pink and it goes up past her elbow....apparently they do that when both bones are broken. Her biggest concern this morning was whether or not she could go to school today. I told her that if the doctor said she had to stay home then she had to stay home but if he was good with her going to school then she could go. She got her wish and went to school after getting her cast on. I personally would have milked it for a couple of days. I have either instilled a deep desire for learning or am raising a social butterfly...only time will tell.
