First of all, let me apologize for being m.i.a. for a bit. Not only has this semester kicked my butt, but finals were tough and the only thing I've thought about for at least two weeks! I haven't even put up any Christmas decorations yet! Criminal, I know.

Zackspal...I DID get your Secret Santa gift of Hershey's kisses w/ mug, hot cocoa and chocolate covered cherries. You are after my own heart as those are some of my favorite things! It was a great surprise and I thank you very much!

I'd send the Shi Poo (the real one on four legs ) but he wouldn't be able to maneuver these giant snowbanks that have popped up after the 20" snowfall. If this keeps up, we won't be able to see out of our windows in the front of the house and DH won't be able to throw the snow on top of the snow mountain when he shovels. Poor guy will dislocate his shoulders. And the weather people reminded us this morning that it's still OFFICIALLY FALL and winter hasn't started yet.

I received some homemade chocolate chip cookies, a santa dish, 2 ornaments and a box of candy. My whole family can enjoy this! Thank you so much!

You are welcome! I wanted your whole family to be able to enjoy your gift, too! I packed the cookies while they were still warm so I hope you didn't end up with crumbs! I'm not sure whether or not you are familiar with Fitz and Floyd, but the Santa plate is handpainted and must be washed by hand. It is designed to serve food ON it, but not STORE food (i.e. in the fridge) or use in extreme temperatures (oven, fridge). You can go to their website at fitzandfloyd.com, click on holiday serveware and look for the "Dear Santa" plate. Once there, you can click on use and care (I believe) and they will guide you in the care of your plate. I hope you enjoy it for many years to come! Have a wonderful holiday!

natashag76-- DH mailed off your large envie yesterday along with 50 (yes, 50!) packages for ebay. DH was leaving for work, standing at the door, his packages loaded in the car, coat on, keys in hand when he offered to also mail my envie if I could have it ready in 2 minutes. So I just had to stuff coupons in the envie all topsy turvy, (which really goes against my nature!), but at least the envie is on its way to you! So I do apologize for the "heap" of coupons you're getting. Before you sort them, grab a cup of tea and make yourself comfy, because it may take a bit longer this time around.

I'm leaving for WDW this Friday with my DS, so this is probably my last post for a while-- time to get packed!

Definitely agree with you about the tp. Great job with your savings......... but we've got you beat on the snow. 22 inches here. Everything is shut down including the Twin Cities International airport, the Mall of America, about fifty highways....

UGH! That's about 20 inches too much for me! I used to LOVE the snow (hated the ice), but the older I get, the more I prefer the warmer weather (even with all the hot flashes). I also like to have my toes out in the open, too as opposed to having them closed up all winter long! I can't believe they shut down the airport...wow! That would never happen at Newark Int'l Airport! Be careful out there! Hopefully your job closed too, so everyone can stay safe. Here's hoping you get dug out real soon and you will be blessed with an eary Spring!!
