Go to MGM on Sat or Sun?

Okay, here was my original plan for our trip at the end of June...... Go to AK Friday morning, resort during the afternoon and then head over to MK in the evening and stay for E-night rides. Sleep in Saturday morning, hang around the resort, and head to Epcot late afternoon. Then do MGM on Sunday.

However, since I hear they may not have E-night available, I was thinking we could go to Epcot early in the morning, rather than in the evening and hopefully have a better chance of getting on the rides before the FP are gone. But, I also read that Sunday is a busy day at MGM. I plan on spending all day at MGM, but don't want to go on one of it's most crowded days.

Anyone have any ideas?

Also, if I do not get the chance to go to E-night at MK, do you think it will be real crowded in the evening if we just went for the last few hours it was open to do Frontierland and Adventureland. Or would we be better off going early in the morning?

I thought I had my planned all set, now I'm all confused on what to do????

That time of year there are large crowds everywhere. But:

1. Epcot: Other than Test Track and Mission Space (use fastpass for those, hit very early, or otherwise expect 2 hour or more lines rest of day), almost everything is easy to get on after 3. Also, if you get there first thing in the morning you can hit a few things before crowd comes but skip Spaceship Earth at that time -- that is what everyone sees and heads to when arriving first thing in the morning and lines get long, after 2 it is a walk-on.

2. MGM will be crowded both Sat and Sun but both those days are lighter than rest of week with Sat a little better. It follows a similar pattern to Epcot -- other than Rockin Rollercoaster, Tower of Terror, and Mermaid, most things are fairly easy to get on after 3, or very early in morning.

3. AK's lightest days are actually Sat and Sun; Fri is extremely crowded.

4. MK will be very crowded every day. It hits first stage unbearable from 10 to 3:30; from 3:30 to 7 it lightens a little and things like Pirates, Haunted Massion, Tiki, Small World, Country Bear become fairly easy to get on, it hits second stage unbearable beginning at 7:30 to 8 as every one has exactly the same idea you do -- come back late after eating thinking it won't be crowded, although some attractions are still good. If you are thinking about getting on any of the mountains, Pooh, or Peter Pan be aware that beginning about 10:30 in the morning the lines for those will be over an hour and it will stay that way until closing except for some shorter lines during parades; fast pass is a necessity for those.
