On "The View" this morning it was pointed out that in the movie "Back to the Future"; When fast forwarding into the year 2015, Newspapers were showing that the CUBS won the series!

Unfortunately that was in the timeline that no longer exists because it was changed.

What a team we have, they gave us one heck of a season and boy was it FUN!

I'm glad the Cubs lost, and in such convincing fashion too. I'm not a Mets fan, nor do I have anything against the Cubs. In a different year I probably would have rooted for them. I was just sick of hearing all that Back to the Future crap the past few weeks.

Sorry the Cubbies are out. I used to be a huge Cub's fan back in the mid 70's when I was going to college near Chicago, so was quietly rooting for them.

I admit I was rooting for the Royals. Sorry National League, losing to the Mets just stung too much.
