We are going in May for our first trip ever. I'm still don't know about doing the dining plan. Should I go ahead and make ADR's? How short of notice do you have to cancel them?

Our son is a very picky eater (as well as me), so we are thinking about just doing the counter service meals. But I would like to to some character meals.

What do yall think?

You should make a few Character meal ADR's..they get booked up and if you decide to do them you may be disappointed...the food is buffet so I can not imagine you not being able to find something to eat... You can cancel up to the minute of the ADR..some people do not even do that...just remember some people really want these places so if you know you can not make it a few days before you should cancel..I can not image eating CS the whole time..it's like eating Taco Bell, Burger king and Wendy's everyday. Have a great trip :thumbsup2

Book them now, you don't want to get boxed out. If you decide not to go, cancel them as soon as you make that decision.

Thanks guys! Just got off the phone from making ADR's. Got everything we talked about but Chef Mickeys. I did not want to wait until 8:00 to eat.
