I cannot believe this guy! I called to cancel my gMoney (google success kit) and finally got through to a real person after calling for four days.
This is how this went:
Me "Hello I would like to cancel my account please. It s past my trial offer period but I have been calling for four days as well as emailing"
Him "Tell me what days you called"
Me "I started calling Thursday and called from Thursday to Monday"
Him "Tell me maaam who do you know who works on Saturday and Sunday"
WHAT!!!!
The Italian in me came out at this point but I still had to be nice so he'd cancel me (rememebr it was past my trial period)
Me "Well sir to be honest just about every business in my town is open on Saturday, but like I said, I have actually been calling since Thursday"
Him "Like I said maam tell me who works on Saturday and Sunday"
OMG OMG
This goes ON and ON and that is ALL he would say!!!
Finally I just asked him to cancel my account! I'll be watching my card on this one!!
It was "Dan Hughes" that I spoke to! OMG I was so mad! I am taking a break from the credit card offers until aftre our trip...this is the second very rude person I spoke to when cancelling.
