Does anybody know of any Gluten Free Menus in WDW or Universal?

Check out the disABILITIES! board here on the DIS. Lots of us who are gluten free (and other stuff free) frequent that board.

WDW really is easy gluten free. They don't have specific gluten free menus. At TS locations a chef will come out to your table and pretty much if he/she has the ingredients in the kitchen then you've got that as an option. Most restaurants that serve pasta do have gluten free pasta. Brands are right now in flux though so keep an eye on the disABILITIES! board for updates. It looks like they're switching from Ener-G bread products to Udi's and from French Meadow to OMG...It's Gluten Free. Other changes are not yet known.

At CS locations they'll have a book that lists what items are gluten free. They do not have the flexibility to special prepare something for you at CS locations though many do carry things like gluten free buns or pizzas and will prepare your fries in an oven rather than fryer to avoid cross contamination. Many also carry the allergen free chicken tenders which are quite tasty. Turkey legs are also gluten free. There are many dishes which are naturally gluten free such as roasted chicken, ribs and other non-fried, non-breaded foods. It just takes time to go through the options.

Again, pop over to the disABILITIES! board and check out some of the threads including some with a bunch of pictures of tasty gluten free food.

Universal is a whole other animal. They're improving but you won't find as much info because most of us stick with WDW because of how amazing they are with allergies.

CS = Counter Service - Get food at a counter and walk to table, i.e McDonalds

TS = Table Service - Sit down and have server take order and bring you food.
