Gluten Free Update

Just an FYI, I just got an email from the Special Diet Lady at Epcot. She says that all locations (unclear if she meant Epcot or everywhere) that serve burgers/hot dogs now have gluten free hamburger and hot dog buns from Ener-g foods. Also, some merchandise shops are now selling gluten free brownies (MouseGear and the Candy Shop on Main Street).

Liberty Inn carries a delicious sounding (she sent me the recipe) flourless chocolate cake now too.

This trip is looking more promising all the time.

This is great. Emma is GF. We chose Disney in part because they are able to accomidate her diet. I already made ADR now I just need CS options.

That's great! I hope it's the Ener-G rice bread or tapioca flour bread. That's what my son eats.
