It seems like I read, or heard, awhile back that you can modify regular meals and make them gluten free. Like at a counter service meal, if you order a burger or hot dog you can get a gluten free bun. Or at a table service meal you can get a pasta dish made with gluten free pasta. Is this correct?
Both DD and I need to watch our gluten intake (we're not allergic, just sensitive to it) so if we have options for different choices we'd like to be able to take advantage of that. Thanks.
