Gluten free Mickey waffles!

My daughter, almost 12, was just diagnosed with wheat, gluten, and peanut allergies, not celiac. Her favorite food in the world is Mickey waffles. Where can she get them? We are staying at SSR and looking at ADRs for breakfasts at Tusker house, Grand Floridian Cafe, Trails End, Captain's Grille, and/or Whispering Canyon!

All of those places will have GF waffles available. They'll either be made with Bob's Red Mill and/or Namaste mix. When you make your ADRs, make sure you put down the allergies and remind the hostess when you check in. When you get to the restaurant, a chef will come to your table and discuss safe options for your DD.

At CS, let the cashier know you have a member of your party with allergies and they will call a manager. The manager will have a binder of ingredients to check. They'll be able to get something safe for your DD. Disney World is thr best place to travel with allergies.

Beautiful! I have been eating GF for two years, but by choice. I know this will be a difficult change for her.

My DD is 12 and has celiac. She just had Mickey waffles at 1900 park fair and Boma. You can get GF waffles at other places, but they may not be Mickey shaped (ie Crystal palace). They do have them at a number of places I believe.
