Gluten free in Animal Kingdom?

Looking for help listing foods/snacks/meal that are quick/counter service in Animal Kingdom for my husband who has celiac. Thanks!

This has the best info!
I remember the chicken skewers at Harambe Market being gluten free, and there's also an allergy food kiosk which had some yummy GF donuts, etc for a few prepackaged treats. I know there are other choices as well at Flame Tree, etc.

Wife is gluten free. We eat at Tusker, Flame Tree and that dedicated gluten free snack stand when we're at AK. No problems whatsoever from those.

The chicken potato hash bowl from Satuli Canteen is GF and its absolutely delicious!!!! I cant stress enough how good it is. Definitely my fave QS at disney.
