Gluten free help

Hi. It's been a while since I've visited Disneyworld and I just booked a quick trip. Years ago, there was a contact person who emailed a list of all the gluten-free options in Disneyworld. Does that still exist? And, who would that be? Thanks so much in advance!

WDW really has a lot of good information at the individual restaurants- much more than previously.
The individual restaurants have written information available, so there is not need to get lists ahead of time.

My niece was with us for part of our October/November trip. She is gluten-free and felt she had all the information she needed at the restaurants.

http://www.glutenfreedairyfreewdw.com. is a great website they don't have every menu but lots I 've not been to a disney restaurant that can't modify for gluten free.

You used to be able to email WDW Guest Services Special Diets special.diets@disneyworld.com to get the list, I have not done it in a while, but I would give it a try.
