Gluten free dinner options at Akershus?

Does anyone know the gluten free options for dinner at Akershus? We recently had breakfast there but we're considering dinner for our next trip, so I'm curious what they might have for DD who will be 6. Thank you!

I think that the majority of the items on the cold appetizer bar (obviously not the buns) are gluten free (my kids who have much longer lists were brought out huge plates with great variety). The chef was always happy to bring them food to ensure no cross contamination and modified several things to eliminate additional allergens (who would have thought they use cranberry juice in the beet salad). The first time we went there the chef brought out a huge fruit platter.

I believe they at least used to carry the allergy chicken tenders. Last time we went my kids wanted more adult types of meals so they got (a) steak tips (b) roasted chicken. I think DD10 got hot dogs here in the past.

For dessert they carry the standard brownies by French Meadow plus Tofutti ice cream (my kids are also milk free). DD13 was also given a little scoop of a delicious I think it was raspberry sorbet to try this last time. She was told she could have more if she liked it; she wasn't sure if she wanted to order it so the chef brought her a regular ice cream dessert plus the dish of sorbet. It was good.

We LOVE Akershus for dinner. If it wasn't one of the most expensive fixed priced meals at WDW we'd eat here every trip. Whenever we use a dining plan we do book at ADR here.

Ask about gluten free dining, and they'll send you a whole packet of information. It includes both general information on how they handle food sensitivities, as well as lists of what gluten free options are carried by various restaurants - even the ones NOT owned by Disney.

It's an excellent planning resource.
