Gluten Free Dining Options

Can anyone give me any insite on options in the Universal Orlando resort area that offer gluten free dining options. I was just recently diagnosed with Celiac's, we are driving down and I plan to pack alternate options/ snacks for myself. I have some time to research since the trip would not be until Febraury.

When someone states they have food allergies or special diet, I encourage them to make direct contact so you stay healthy and free due to your food allergies

If you go to the food sticky, you can look at the menus. At the sit down restaurants, GF meals are clearly marked.

Read the stickies and contact UO for your specific issues.

They have been fabulous anytime I have contacted them regarding any food allergies/options.
