Gluten Free DCL Article

This is both on and off topic for this board. Here is a link to an article about traveling Gluten Free on Disney Cruise Line that was published in the Passporter Newsletter. (I know this isn't the DCL board, but there are lots of food allergy people here )

My husband and I recently went on a week long cruise and saw first hand how well they accommodate people with all sorts of allergies and (dis)abilities.

Thanks for the post! We have family members who have celiac disease. They want to go to WDW or take a cruise on DCL, but they are very concerned about being able to eat worry-free. I've told them that everything I've read states that both places are very accommodating to food allergies. Your post confirms this!
