There are so many gf options now. DD is gluten free so we are always on the lookout. You can find them on the MDE app- pick a restaurant, click order food and select a fake time and click on 'allergy options'. Here are just a few things on the allergy menus:

Woody's: gf grilled cheese
Flame Tree: all meats are gf
Pecos Bill's: beef or chicken nachos, carnitas rice bowl
Pinocchio's: gf pizza
Restaurantosaurus: gf mac & cheese

Agree with the above, my sil and niece are gluten free and they had no issues, it took a bit of research by my sil though.

Once we were ready to decide on a place she would check the app for GF options and suggest one or two places that had FL options for them and we would pick one of those.

I didn't pay that much attention to what they ordered but we ate QS at Rosies, woodys, the mexican quick serve in epcot, sauli canteen and regal eagle.

Tons of food that is gluten free, especially if you avoid nuggets and mac and cheese. If you google WDW gluten free, there are a ton of sites that have a list of places and food. You definitely will not go hungry.

Don't write off the Food and Wine booths at EPCOT. Several have GF items (Filet Mignon at Canada, Cheese bread at Brazil), and GF DH had a great lunch with 2-3 of these. If you pick up the little guide pamphlet it has symbols to show which items are GF, plant-based, etc. so you don't have to walk around and look at the menu board at each location.

I have celiac & my daughter is gluten intolerant as well… add in a few other allergies and my dairy-free hubby & we’re a regular riot to dine out with! 😂🤪

Disney is one of the places in the world that I feel safest eating, & over my many visits I have never had a single nugget! But my favorite QS meal @ WDW is the bison burger at Geyser Point (over at WL) 😉😍

I will say that while it is easiest for us to eat at table service restaurants, it’s still quite simple to find safe/yummy food at the parks & resorts. Just make sure you plan extra time for your food to be prepared (mine always takes longer than allergy free meals), and you may have to skip mobile ordering if you need to ask questions or have something altered to work for you. The in-park QS mobile ordering almost always allows you to choose gluten allergy & then the food you want, so it can be straightforward if GF is the only concern.

My favorite QS in the parks are:
  • Satu’li Canteen -AK
  • Flame Tree BBQ -AK
  • Regal Eagle Smokehouse -EP
  • Sunshine Seasons -EP
  • Docking Bay 7 -HS
  • Tomorrowland Terrace (the Columbia Harbor salad was moved there & hasn’t moved back to CH yet) -MK
  • Pecos Bill -MK
There are also many fun things to try at snack stands and EP’s food booths. Enjoy!! 😋
