Does anyone know if they offer any at the Christmas party?

I think this is a question you need to direct to Special Diets. They'll be able to get a firm answer one way or the other and, if there are GF cookies then they'll know where you should go to get them. With more and more places around WDW carrying Enjoy Life cookies (including Main Street Bakery last I checked), I would think they'd give you some packages during the party. Of course that's just speculation on my part and the firm answer one way or the other will come from Special Diets.

My husband just walked up to the counter and told them he needed gluten free and they came out with two chocolate chip packaged gluten free cookies and told him if he wanted more to let them know.

This did not require advance notice. He has done this for several parties over the years.

Hope that helps.

Interesting, we have always been offered fruit.

Fruit is often the fall-back option. If you are looking for a specific food item, and they have access and time, giving advanced notice increases your chance of getting what you would like. They do have access to Enjoy Life and French Meadow Bakery GF products.

It also depends on the location - the Main Street Bakery will always have allergy-free foods behind the counter but some of the other locations that are specifically set up for the event many not. Maybe if the Holiday Treat stops only have fruit, try Main Street Sweets and explain you are looking for a gluten free cookie:santa:

Advance notice does not really apply to the "free cookies" given at the Christmas party. Choice if any may vary on the location you are getting the cookies from.

We attended last year's party, and they had one type of cookie available that covered several types of allergies. I believe it was the French Medow Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookie. We avoid peanuts and tree nuts, but this one was also gluten free and dairy free at least, and perhaps safe of other allergens, too, that I don't recall. I don't have allergies, but I tried it and was amazed at how good it was for being so "free" of allergens.

We found these at the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station, which was one of the regular "cocoa and cookie" spots on the map. I had contacted special diets, but I don't remember what they told me. We did not have to make any requests ahead of time, we just walked up to the counter and asked for the allergy-safe cookie. They also had apple juice boxes instead of cocoa - maybe other drinks, too, but I'm not certain.

Hope you enjoy the party - we thought it was great!

I'm so glad to hear this. My DD is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. We are going to do MVMCP this year and I was going to bring some cookies for her. It would be great if I don't have to bring food with us.
