Anyone know of any places offering gluten free beer? I know we'll be able to request gluten free meals for my husband, but what about beer? He'd be SO happy if he knew he could have a beer while we're there it might make him forget about the large sum of money we're spending while there. ;)

I don't think I've seen them. I know Bard's tale isn't and Redridge isn't.

I thought Redbridge was gluten-free? I know that is offered in several places.

Also check out the Wave. I think, not positive, that they may have some other GF ones (I know someone posted a lengthy menu of their beer and wine options awhile back).

yes most of the bars should have gluten free beer available with out advance notice. I know the Belvue Lounge at the Boardwalk does.

Redbridge is offered? Oh good, i've never seen it.

Great thanks - Redbridge is gluten free - that's what he drinks at home. So hopefully he'll be able to get that in most places - I'm hoping especially at Biergarten.

And we're staying on the boardwalk - so we'll be sure to check out Belvue Lounge.

Definitely check out the Wave bar too - last time I was there they had some organic beer selections from a brewery in Florida and they were likely gluten free. Not sure how you will fare at the Biergarten - I've only seen German beers on the menu there, but you never know.

The Wave serves a lot of the Wolaver's/Otter Creek organics, and I don't know if they are gluten free.

But Redbridge is owned by A-B/InBev, so there's a very good chance most of the larger bars in WDW will carry it in bottles ... InBev is the major beer distributor for WDW

The Rose & Crown has Strongbow & Woodpecker ciders I believe.

Sunshine Seasons apparently has Gluten Free beer. I don't drink it but found out by posting a question on the disABILITIES Board about gluten free dining for my DD. I am guessing that your DH is totally GF if he is asking for the GF beer (?) If so, you may want to pop over and check out the threads on that Board. There is loads of useful info.
