Gluten free at WCT or CCT?

My plan is to have a WoC package for one night during our first (and maybe only) trip to DL in October.
I already have WCT booked with the gluten allergy noted for my DH, but looking again at the menu I'm not so sure how that's going to go. I searched and only saw 1 review for gluten free eating at WCT, and it wasn't favorable, but that was back in 2010.

Obviously our other option is CCT.
I think both menus look good, I'm just concerned how the gluten free thing is going to work out. Well that in that CCT is so much more expensive, but if it means my DH can enjoy his meal, we'll go with that.
Anyone have any experiences with eating gluten free at either of these locations?

Sorry I don't, but I wanted to say that we did the CCT dining for WoC and it was great!! I had the bacon wrapped shrimp. I'm sure that the chef can accommodate your DH's needs, I've dined with people with allergies and they are always very helpful. Good luck!

At one time I came across a thread here listing all of the Gluten Free options in both Disneyland and California Adventure. If I recall correctly there were quite a few options, enough so that the person didn't feel like they were missing out on anything.

Just do a search for 'Gluten Free' and it should come up.

I'm sure that they can accommodate his allergy at CCT, but ouch! The price!
