Gluten Free at Vero Beach

Does anyone know if Disney's Vero Beach resort accommodates allergies similar to Disney World? My daughter has celiac and I am also gluten free and we're planning to stay at Vero this summer. Also curious about off-site gluten free options near the resort. Thank you!!
