Gluten free at US?

We're very familiar with WDW - not so much with US but going there in November. Yay! Anybody done US gluten free? Places to go to? Or
avoid?

Hi,

In IOA Mythos was really good for GF. We had a hard time last yeat at US though. QUick service counters has nothing unless you do the buger no bun thing. I do know that you will have better luck at sit down restaurants.

Did you already go on your trip? Would you mind posting your gf findings at universal where you go? We will be going in a couple of weeks and I don't know what to do about lunch inside Universal.

Confiscos has a gluten free menu.

We were there for 4 nights on site this past July and one member of our party was gluten free. Did not have any issues at any of the dining venues in the park, at CityWalk or Royal Pacific where we stayed finding items that were gluten free. We had quick serve and sit down and was always great. The NBA restaurant and Emerils were really good about it. Chef came out and was very accommodating. At Jakes at Royal Pacific the chef came out a number of times during the meal to make sure the person in group was happy with everything they were eating. We did quick service in the parks and sit down was at City Walk and the resort.
