Gluten Free at Teppan Edo

Has anyone eaten gluten free at Teppan Edo? We went last year, but my daughter wasn't gluten free at the time. They were amazing with food allergies for my other daughter, but wondering about GF, especially with the use of soy sauce. Hopefullly we will be able to go back. Thanks!

There's another thread where someone mentioned GF at Teppan Edo. The chef prepped the GF food first, then did eveyone else's. I can' tell you I personally had the experience though.

I have a soy allergy, so they made my food in rice oil. Not sure if that helps or not...but wanted to throw it out there.
