We stayed at WL in 2012 and ate most of our meals at Roaring Forks. My then six year old gf child had plenty of options there for gluten free meals including Mickey waffles, chicken tenders/ nuggets and fries, turkey sandwich. I had great gf salads there for myself. They also had gf cookies and brownies. We actually went back to visit and eat at RF in 2013 and had the nuggets and fries. Now they have a dedicated frier at RF. in 2012 they would cook all gf food for roaring forks at artist point and then deliver to us down in roaring forks. Awesome service. My son ate well and was happy they had options. No extra cost for gluten free options which was nice! Hope this helps! It was the best vacation ever because I didn't worry about food for my son.
