Gluten free at PPH club level

I have been having a difficult time finding information about whether the club lounges accommodate gluten allergies in their food offerings. When we stayed club level at Universal Orlando, they prepared gluten free substitutes when the regular food they were serving contained gluten. I was wondering if Disney did the same.

I prefer less gluteny foods (is that a word?) and found the offerings at the PPH lounge to be pretty dismal...but I did not ask specifically about GF substitutions.

Not speaking from personal experience but my understanding is that they do. Honestly if I were you I'd call to see how well they accommodate. That's a heck of a lot of money to spend to only be able to eat one or two items. And no desserts other than some ice cream or prepackaged cookies.

They had wonderful GF substitutions for a gluten allergy in our group at GCH CL, including a pre packaged gluten free brownie. I agree with contacting Disney to find out for sure with regards to PPH CL.
