Gluten free at HOB and O'Charleys

Does anyone have any experience with gluten free eating at the House of Blues or O'Charley's? We are thinking of eating there and DDIL has celiac.

HOB is the only restaurant that I definitely got sick from eating there, but that was at the Disneyland DTD in CA. I don't know if the Orlando one does better. I would not try it again, however, as it ruined 2 days of my vacation!
