Some of my family members have Celiac and must eat gluten free. We were looking to try out Captain Cooks at the Poly for dinner, but have not been able to find much info. Does anyone know if they have any gluten free offerings?

We're there a couple of times per year, most recently for breakfast last fall, and they had several gluten-free options. DH has celiac, and our experience has been that except for a couple of the really tiny places (Good's at OKW, pool snack bar at Fort Wilderness), just about any QS (at least the ones in the parks and the larger ones at most of the resorts) place can offer you a reasonable selection.

Awesome, thank you!

Agreed, we have dined at many QS restaurants at the different resorts, and we have NEVER had trouble finding ample options for GF. Just remember to allow yourself a little extra time for the safe food prep. Enjoy!

My favorite thing to get at Captain Cooks is chicken teriyaki and rice. Its really a grilled chicken breast, white ride, and GF tamari sauce but if you mix it all up it is Japanese food :)
