Can anyone share their best GF meals and snacks? Or a great link to GF info?
First off, there is this thread (not sure if the link will work, you may have to cut and paste). I copied the link from the last page of the thread, so you may want to go back a few pages at least.

We were recently there and my DW has celiac and lactose and soy intolerances. We ate at the following:
Wine Country Trattoria, Location: Disney California Adventure Park, Dinner. I would not recommend this since they do not understand cross contamination, there was cheese on her dish, and the food for her and the rest of us was below average.
Breakfast Storytellers Café, Location: Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa – breakfast buffet with Disney characters. Chef came to our table and asked what she wanted and brought out a large amount of tasty food. I would recommend.
Blue Bayou Restaurant Paint the Night Dinner Dining Package, Location:
Disneyland Park. Food was average all around, atmosphere was below average and a bit odd, chef came out and discussed what she wanted and prepared it fine, but it was just ok. I would not recommend at all.
Ariel's Grotto, Location: Disney California Adventure Park, lunch. Disney princess character meal. Chef came and discussed and prepared an on-menu item that was good, no issues. I would recommend.
Carthay Circle Restaurant, Location: Disney California Adventure Park, dinner. Best meal of the trip and I would highly recommend. Server and chef both understood concerns and took all precautions including bringing very tasty GF breads. I would highly recommend.
Plaza Inn, Location: Disneyland Park Breakfast. Disney character buffet. Chef came out and prepared what she wanted. Food was average, but no issues, I would recommend (but Storytellers was better), but go early in the service of your choice (we did) when it is hopefully not as crowded. Place gets packed.
Napa Rose, Location: Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Dinner. Very good, server understood, chef came to the table and modified what DW wanted. Second best meal of the trip and I would recommend.
Cafe Orleans Disneyland Park, New Orleans Square, Lunch. Food was average at best. Server and chef understood, no issues, but very average food. I would be on the fence and probably not recommend, but not so strongly as other places.
Steakhouse 55, Dinner Disneyland Hotel. Server and chef understood, chef came to the table. Decent food, but overpriced. Filet my DW and my DD had were both fine, my ribeye was not good and way below average for a steakhouse. Signature layer cake dessert was bad, tasted like it had been in the fridge a long time. DW food was fine though, no issues and from her standpoint, I would recommend as a safe place to eat. Would probably go back, but order something different.
