We have been many times GF...but now we have a gf/df toddler with us!

Favorite snacks? Counter service (we are not making reservations this time) at MK, epcot, and DTD?:goodvibes

We have a gf/df toddler as well

I read Sarah's blog that the PP mentioned and it is an invaluable resource!

Disney changes their suppliers often, so be sure to ask for a manager so you can go through the binders and read the ingredients

Here's our favorite places to eat and what have eaten or plan to eat on our upcoming trip:
MK
Casey's (hotdogs)
Columbia Harbor House (chicken fingers & fries)
Pecos Bills (hamburger & fries)
MK Ice Cream Parlor (the Rice Dream and Raspberry Sorbet are safe, you could even have a root beer float with the Rice Dream)
Gaston's Tavern (pork shank & LeFou's brew)
Prince Eric's (shaved ice)
Liberty Square Market (gf/df pre-packaged OMG & Enjoy Life cookies

DD also has a yeast allergy, so we haven't been able to try the gf/df pizzas a Pinnochio Village Haus but I've heard they are good.

EPCOT
We have only eaten Table Service here, so I can't comment on their CS options

DTD
Cooke's of Dublin (chicken fingers, fish sticks, fried shrimp, fries)

snacks throughout WDW
popcorn (yes, it is dairy free)
cinnamon glazed nuts
Edy's frozen strawberry bars
Cracker Jax
Frozen Lemonade Slush
Frozen Coke Slush

I have heard conflicting information about the Dole Whips. Supposedly the orange and pineapple flavors are dairy free, while the vanilla flavor is not. However, depending on your child's level of gluten intolerance, you may or may not choose to eat them. There is a possible cross-contamination risk since they mix the flavors in the same buckets before they go in the machines. There's also a risk of cross-contamination on the machines with the 'swirl' option if they share the same nozzle with the vanilla flavor

At Epcot, Sunshine Seasons is probably going to be your best bet. Go to the Grill section where they have the fish & chicken, that's where they have all the allergy friendly stuff. I have eaten CS at Mexico, but have gotten sick after - it could have been that it was heavy in fodmaps & my GI hadn't figured that part of my puzzle out yet.

Some of the resort CS still carry Babycakes brownie bites - I had some last night at Landscape of Flavors. Also, some offer Surf Sweets gummies, which are safe & yummy.

Columbia Harbor House is my favorite for MK CS - the chicken fingers & fries are actually fried instead of baked, so they are crispy & yummy.

I get sick from the Disney popcorn..... not sure what it is in it that gets me, but it's off limits for me, sadly.

Everything we posted photos of here is gluten free and dairy free.
We have so many favorites!
Our top favorites are:
Crystal Palace (Mk TS)
Pecos Bills (MK Counter Service)

American Pavillion (EP counter service)
Biergarten and Coral Reef and Garden Grill (Epcot Table Service)

Sci Fi (HS table service)
ABC Commissiary (HS counter service)

And for resorts...love Animal Kingdom for counter service (Mara) and Wilderness lodge for both of their sit down restaurants as well as Grand Floridian Cafe and 1900 Park Fare. And so many others!
You can't go wrong. The chefs do a fantastic job with GFDF. AND we LOVED Sanaa!

You can always contact special diets and they can send you an up to date list of dairy free and a gluten free one and cross reference them. That's what we did.
