DH and I go to Disney World every year (this year will be our 9th trip), but this year will be my first time to go while trying to adhere to a corn/gluten/mushroom- free diet. Mushrooms are fairly easy to avoid, but to avoid both corn and gluten has been very hard for me- even when making everything at home! I know that the chefs are great at WDW about allergies because I have known about the mushroom allergy for the past two trips. However, I am a little concerned about my options regarding the corn and gluten. So often, corn products are the substitute for wheat products. I am just wondering if anyone else, like me has experienced WDW as a gluten and corn free eater? If so, did you feel you had at least a few safe options? Thanks!!!
