Glow sticks on airplane

Well, I followed the wonderful advice to buy cheap glow stick items at the dollar store, but we are hoping to go to the fireworks the day we arrive. I don't want to pack the glow sticks in the checked bags because we arrive around 1 and I know it is likely we won't have the bags delivered by DME before we leave to the park. Can I bring glow sticks onto the plane in a carry on? Has anyone tried this?

The inside is liquid so they would have to be labeled with the amount (the glow stick not the package) and be under 100ml and fit in the 311 bag.
