Glow sticks for night parades

I went on Sat to Wal-Mart to get stuff for our up coming trip. I found in the automotive section a type of glow stick that runs on 3 little watch batteries with about 7 or 8 different patterns you can go though. They also have a lanyard so you can wear it. Has anyone else seen or used these?

Up until seeing them I was going to get the glow sticks you break and shake to use.

I refuse to pay Disney prices for glowy things at night.

I brought a few dollar store glow sticks last time and gave them out to the kids around my kids. One of the children thought it was the best thing and couldn't believe we gave it to him!

Our local Dollarama has a good variety of glow sticks, etc. There is one they have that runs on a small watch-like battery that has 4 colours and does about 6 different flashing patterns. Just a thought.......
