Glow clip locations?

Does anyone know what locations have the glow clips? I know you can get one with a room service kids meal but if there are any other locations I’d love to know.

I feel like most table service restaurants have the glow clips. My daughter had a bunch of the Tinkerbell ones clipped all around her room! I remember her getting one at 50's Prime Time Cafe in HS (because she dropped it and it broke and we went back and they gave her another one!). Other than that, I don't remember specific restaurants, but I think most have them.
