Glittery Characters in Signature

Where do you get the glittery character clip art in people have in their signatures? I have seen 2 different Tinks and now a Mickey.

Try right clicking on the glittery Tink. Go down to properties when you left click on that , it should show you where the link for that Tink is. Copy and paste in and then go to it. I think that should work?!?!?!?
