As I could not get my BOG-ADR for the time I need, I tried it with the reservation finder from TP as well as ***********.
TP give me an alert yesterday for the exact time I looked for, but as the Email (no US cellphone) didn't arrived just in time (no pushup during dataplan with my mailapp possible), I could not get it. But at this time there was no alert from ***********, where I could use my cellphone-number.
Now, almost exactly 24h later both alerted me (again) for exactly the same time in the exact minute as yesterday (and as I looked for). As I was just on my Laptop and Phone at MDE, I was on it no seconds later, but there was nothing available. Hardly to believe there was someone faster, but yeah possible. But now for 60minutes both claime it is still there and alerts me again and again after resetting it, of course there is nothing available - I tried it again again for every partysize.
After this and still in mind that it was both times the exact same ADR-time and both alerts in a distance of 24h, I just doubt, that this was real...
So anybody also have such problems with these dining alerts or any advices or perhaps other alert-services?
 
I’ve never had that issue with TP. They’ve all been there.
 
Never had a problem with TP - I've always been able to get the ADR when I was alerted. However, I am on my computer all day and typically already have the WDW site open on a browser so I am able to pull up the ADR within seconds of getting the alert.
 
I'm also on my computer or the computer at work almost the whole day with the ADR page on one browser-tab, so it should work. But yesterday there was no reservation, especially all the time after the first alert, where it claims it's still there Just hoped that I'm not the only one with such problems or that anyone can give me another advice than TP or MD (was censored if I write it correctly)
 

I have used TP. I was able to get every single reservation that it has alerted me for EXCEPT for BOG. Every single time that it alerted me for BOG, I was not able to get it. Being that BOG is so popular perhaps so many other people are being alerted at the same time that I am and they are beating me to it. So, I was having a similar issue but only with BOG. I was able to finally get it, but I did it on my own without the reservation finder due to so many cancellations because of hurricane Irma.

I’ve had the same issue and come to the conclusion that I had to follow the link direct from them in order to get the reservation.

I also followed the link via phone ans tried it the other way via Computer, but nothing there also they give me the same alerts for the same reservation several times after it was already gone and I restart the finder.
But seems that I'm the only one with this Problem, so I will avoid any of these alerts. It's annoying that I receive so many false alerts after the propably real ADR was already gone...
