One of our "must-dos" for our upcoming trip is to see the glassblower at the shop in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot. Are they there at specific times, all day, or do we just have to try our luck and hope for the best? Is there anywhere else in the parks to see a glassblower at work? It looks so cool and we really want to see it in person!

There are a few other spots to watch glassblowers at WDW. Off hand, in the MK there is a glass blower in one of the shops on the right side of Main Street as you walk towards the castle. In DTE (ahem, Disney Springs) there is a glass blower in Arribas Brothers. IIRC, there is also one somewhere at DAK, but I'm drawing a blank on just where right now.

I don't know if they have set times or not at the Epcot one. I never really see people watching when they are doing it either. The Mexican one just sort of seems more like someone working than a show. I like the one in MK, in the crystal shop. The guy talks to the guests and shows what he is doing.

Thanks! We are not planning Disney Springs this trip, so if we miss it at Epcot, we'll try the MK location. Appreciate the help!

During the Christmas season, there is usually a glassblower outside Germany, I think to the left of it as you face it. He makes Christmas ornaments which are sold at the kiosk near him or in the Germany shops. THe ornaments are in Germany all year round, but the glassblower is only there during the holiday season.

They are there during normal hours I do believe - minus lunch breaks and such. I've seen them inside every time we do the ride for the Mexico Pavilion.

I recorded video of the glass blowing a couple trips ago.
