Glass Slipper Dessert at CRT?

Does this have to be ordered ahead of time, and if so, how do you go about it?

The last time we visited CRT, we ordered it (for bkfst) via our travel agent, but didn't receive it. (Weren't charged for it either - but we wanted it for DGD's birthday.)

This time we aren't going thru a TA (renting DVC points) but would really like to see that she (DGD) gets the slipper. Is it available for lunch?
