Can anyone tell me if the concierge cabins on the Dream that have the glass overhang over the verandah are totally solid or are they vented somehow so that you get some breeze from the ocean?

The open section is where the verandah railing is.

We love deck 11 concierge cabins. The only issue can be if you have someone noisy next to you - but that only happened once for us and a kind request to keep it down was honored.
