Glass Mugs

Hello all of you dinning experts!
I was wondering if there were any restraunts in the world that gave you a souviner glass mug if you ordered their "special" drink.
I already have on from Cinderella's Roayl Table and Liberty Tree Tavern. Are there anyothers out there that I sould get? I thought this would be a nice set to have!

My son won a glass boot mug at the HDD for his stack of rib bones from our waitress. It was a surprise.
Not sure if you can get one on request - or if a cocktail drink comes in one.
My DS drank hot chocolate that night.

By the way, do you use yours for hot bevarages? It's time to retire my Snowman Mickey coffee mug and I'd like to replace it with something else Disney. I'm not sure if my Tony's mug can take the heat.

Planet Hollywood also has a mug that comes with some type of specialty drink.It is a nonalchol drink I know because DD got one on our last trip.
