When are you coming down to Anaheim for a visit to ride the newly opened BTMR? I might be a little freaked out knowing someone died a few months ago on it
But, I figure that we rode Roger Rabbit's Toontown Spin and never knew that someone was severely injured on it, I've ridden the Tea Cups and Space Mountain (though it was before someone got hurt on them). It should actually be safer now that they've gone through all of the re-training and testing, etc. And I don't have the heart to tell my DD that she can't ride the attraction that she's been talking about for two years!
I do wish I knew more about what happened, though--I mean, one man was thrown from the ride, but kids on the ride weren't. Why? I would think that an adult would be more likely to be held by the safety restraints.
