GKTW donation info needed

I recently coordinated a fundraiser at work and have a small contribution for GKTW that includes several checks. I am planning on mailing them but I cannot find any information how to do this and have the donation credited to the Million Dollar Challenge Goal. Does anyone have any suggestions how to proceed?
