Giving Pin Code to Friend?

I just received a brochure in the mail offering me a discounted rate for some dates in November and December - the brochure includes a pin code. I can't go, but a friend of mine would really like to go during that time frame. Can I give the brochure and pin code to her? Or is it only for our family? Thanks for your advice!

I don't think anybody but you can use it, from what I've read here.
I sure wish I'd get one of these pin codes!!

I wish I could use it! I'm expecting in 5 days, so we won't be going to WDW this year!!

Pin codes are non-transferable, so unfortunately your friend can't use it.
