Given extra fastpasses

A few days ago, I sent Disney an e-mail complaining of the Disney After Hours event happening during our days at MK and and a last minute change of an EMH day at MK. Well, I just received a call from Disney and a very nice man (totally unexpected) gave us 3 extra fastpass per day per guest! Talk about awesome customer service! I tried to select the fastpasses in MDE, but it was only going to change my existing reservations. So, can I only select the extra fastpasses when I get to the park or is there a way to select them in MDE before I get there?

I think you will go to Guest Services and they will give you a paper FP. We were given extra FPs for our next trip after I had complained about some issues we had on our last stay, and I believe the CM on the phone said that's what we would need to do.

I just remembered something from our conversation. He said it was for any ride at any time, just swipe your band. Even the rides that sell out of fastpasses, I can go on any time I wish. Even better!!

Oh very cool - hopefully ours will be a swipe of the band thing. I just remember she told me to email about 3 weeks out from our trip and they would get everything set up in the system for us.

We leave in 2 weeks so I can see our 3 extra fastpasses in MDE and when I click details it shows every ride available for the fastpass and it says arrive anytime between 9am-11pm. I'm sure yours will be the same. Have a good trip!
