Hi all,

I need some advice... I am planning a trip to WDW May 12-15 with myself and my 3 yr old daughter. I have been many times -- this trip is all about my 3 yr old. We are not planning on going to Epcot, as there is not much there for her (and honestly, I'm sort of burned out on Epcot... don't know how that happened!). There's only 4-5 attractions/shows that we want to see at both AK and MGM, so I've limited time at those parks. I could LIVE in the MK so we will spend lots of time there. :)

I'm looking for advice as to which parks on which days. Here's what I've got so far...

Fri: arrive MCO 1pm -- do Chef Mickey's at 6pm -- ride monorail, go to bed early.

Saturday (MGM morning EMH): do AK from 9am-1pm, nap at hotel in afternoon, go to MGM 4:30-8pm (or whenever we get tired). See parade at MGM 5:30.

Sunday (Mother's Day and evening EMH at MK) Magic Kingdom from 9am-1pm -- back to hotel for nap -- 5:45 ADR at Tony's -- stay for fireworks and leave after that.

Monday (AK EMH morning): Monday will be open, since I don't know how much we'll see on Sunday (or how tired we'll be...).
Plan A: back to MK 9am-3:30pm (and then leave for flight home)
Plan B: MK morning and Epcot afternoon (I can handle a couple of hours at Epcot)
Plan C: no parks that day (DTD, Sea Raycers, Whispering Canyon for breakfast, pool, relax)

I am most concerned about the amount of crowds we're going to hit on Sunday and Monday at the MK. I usually avoid EMH parks but for this trip it seems like I can't avoid them. I am NOT going to MK on Saturday. Too many horror stories about MK on Sat. I know crowds in May are moderate... but I don't know how the MYW tickets affect park attendance (people that don't purchase the hopper option and automatically go to the park that has EMH that day) and how Mother's Day will affect crowds.

Any advice?
Thanks,

Sounds good to me- I will actually be arriving on Saturday afternoon, 5/13. From what I heard, Mother's Day won't affect the crowds too much. If anything, there might be heavier than normal crowds in EPCOT that AM since they have a Mother's Day brunch. I definitely agree with spending most of your time @ MK! Especially with a 3 year old, I think that's where she'll have the most fun. On your last day, I suggest you spend some time at DTD or maybe MK in the AM and then DTD.

Have fun:-)
