Is Perk still a worthy, profitable activity for someone to start today? I've read a few blogs on how to do a Perk farm, but most of it is dated by a year or more. Considering how often these programs change, is it worth it to get started now?

I would have to invest in new, cheap phones but I have some online earnings that I could use: $14 payout for a secret shop; $15 Amazon cards from an online market research study (via SB); $15 WalMart gift card (mPlaces, Receipt Hog, Coke).
I think I could get three phones without actually touching "real job" earned money. So should I?

I cash out 3 times per week for $25-$50 in Amazon GCs each time. I'm running 14 devices full-time (5 Pop Quiz, 5 Perk Tv, 4 Live) and then two more that run part-time (1 doing Screen and 1 doing Live). I have a couple of others that I could add to the "farm" but Perk can suck up a lot of bandwidth.

If you can babysit your devices, you will do well. If you want to run them passively, then don't go crazy buying new, cheap phones. All of my devices, with the exception of my personal cell phone, are old technology that we had on hand.

Oh, and Perk can be insanely annoying with constant crashes, freezes and updates. You need to be patient with it and go with the flow.

There are also online videos now that I run while I am on my computer. Credit anywhere from 1 to 4 pts each. It does ask every hour or so if I am still watching though. I have a lot of trouble with the Live app.
