Lunch - Hard Rock (could'nt talk my traveling family out of it.URgg)

Supper- Margaritville

Lunch- Mythos

Okay please someone give me suggestions. I can't get the same thing every time so i neec your low fat opinons

HAVE A FUN TRIP!!!!

Try to see if you can substitute a salad for fries if you order something that comes with a side of fries. Or a baked potato instead of fries.

Don't stop at ANY ice cream stands!!! ;) Pass on the bread basket. Try eating half of the portion you are served and see if that is enough to fill you up before you finish your plate. Do not feel obligated to eat everything in front of you just because you paid the theme park price for it!

HAVE FUN HAVE FUN HAVE FUN!!!!

I think your success so far with the WISH challenge is going to save you, here. Truly. Make the best choices you can and then don't worry about it.

Enjoy the parks, I love Islands of Adventure. Stick with a chef salad or something similar at Hard Rock, try to avoid the worst foods for you, like french fries. Just do the best you can.

You're going on vacation sweetie. Do your best not to go hog wild but don't obsess over every little bite

Have as much fun as you possibly can and pose for lots of photos :)

When you get back, come here to WISH and tell us how it went. Ooooh, write a trip report! That would be a great trip report...a WISH trip report.

Just have some fun. You are looking very good and your new hair cut is very attractive and flattering to you. Don't flirt too much, okay?

Here are a few ideas for the Hard Rock meal that you should be able to make fit:

Grilled Chinese Chicken Salad
A fresh mixture of assorted mixed greens, snow peas, carrots, bell peppers, water chestnuts, scallions and broccoli florets, topped with our marinated grilled chicken. Tossed with our homemade oriental dressing.

Fire Roasted Vegetable Pasta
A variety of fresh roasted vegetables tossed in a homemade chipolte tomato sauce served over ziti noodles, topped with fresh Parmesan and served with a side of garlic toast.

Portobello Mushroom Sandwich
Fresh portobello mushrooms marinated in a flavorful balsamic dressing then lightly grilled till' tender. Topped with roasted vegetables, melted Pepper Jack cheese and brushed with a Cajun mustard mayonnaise. Served on a crusty roll.

At Margaritaville, you might want to try:

Calypso Mahi Mahi
Grilled Mahi Mahi served with Jamaican rice and peas, vegetables and fresh pineapple salsa

Caribbean Grilled Chicken Salad
Mixed salad greens tossed with tomatoes, cucumbers, Mandarin oranges, sugared pecans and jalapeno-mango ranch dressing. Topped with marinated grilled chicken

Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp
Shrimp boiled in beer with Old Bay seasoning

Jerk Chicken
Semi-boneless half chicken, jerk marinated and roasted in the island style. With vegetables and Jamaican rice and pea

Boston Bay Salmon
From the birthplace of Jamaican Jerk. Fresh Atlantic salmon marinated with our signature jerk spices and seared in a skillet. Served with Jamaican rice and peas and Jerk BBQ sauce with a side of chutney

At Mama Della's:

Avoid creamy and pesto sauces, dishes including sausage.
Choosing something with a marinara or a Cacciatore would probably be good. Beware of the bread!

Mythos:

Beats me, but it sounds like a great place.

Wait just a doggone minute, Tammy- why are YOU asking US? You're one of the most successful losers we have here on the WISH board! You KNOW how to do this! Just remember: small portions, don't eat it just because it's in front of you, drink lots of water, and enjoy yourself!!

Have a great time!

:)

Tigh: Don't worry I have'nt had anything fried in so long girl I'd proabley fall over dead if i did.LOL Those are great suggestions although the gelato bar at the PBH is calling to me I will be strong. I just have to walk on right.

Native: Thank you so much for the great advise. Don't worry about the flirting part my husband has that handled.LOL I actually bought him two cards one for each night i'm gone and i am gonna have the nanny make the bed and put a card and altotid mints one night and a card and ff dinner mints on his pillow the next for me. So i got him covered. He's dieting with me so he'll enjoy those mints that's his favorite treat.

Kathy: thanks for all the detailed listing's I crave the nachos at margaritville so bad girl. I wonder is the clam and lobster soup is totally bad for me? I never drank milk and only for the fat content in but that would be a nice treat if they don't give you anymore on your plate than you get at mythos it sure won't hurt.LOL I'm sure they give you a "real" bowl there though:( I was thinking of doing chicken fajitas what do yall think? I can control what i put in them although i know i can't hold much before i'm full and it's a waste of money that would be safe for me. I love to make them at home with chicken flour tt and just add salsa nothing else. At momma's my fav is eggplant but i know that's a no no. Unless they baked the eggplant and no cheese in it. I was thinking i would splurge for a ceasar salad my all time favorite and get the dressing on the side? They have some of the best ceasar dressing ever! As for mythos i'm thining veggie pizza now that would be to die for since i rarely have bread expect wheat on sandwhiches. And for hrh i just hate that place it's nasty eating imho maybe i could talk them into nascar cafe it's a tick better but i doubt it since i found buy one get one entrees' at the hr. I'll definetly report back on my eating thru the theme parks. I'll be back on Thrusday night so you guys seen healthy vibes to me down in orlando.

Ooooohhhh, Tammy, chicken fajitas sound yummy. As long as you don't eat TOO much, that would be great! If you're anything like me right now, my body's really gotten accustomed to smaller portions. If I try to eat an entire regular restaurant meal now, I'm just miserably stuffed. I know you don't want to feel that way on your trip.

The clam and lobster soup does sound wonderful. That's something you probably won't get at home, so I'd definitely enjoy it while you can.

I know I do better eating out when I can look over the menus ahead of time and plan what I'm having, instead of waiting until I'm starving and smelling the delicious aromas, and seeing all that food on my neighbors' tables. I was hoping looking over the choices in advance might help you, too.

I think you can afford to splurge a little for two days, don't you? Have what you want, enjoy anything that sounds irresistable to you. I'm so glad you're getting a little holiday! I want to see pictures when you get back!
